Qualifications
- Experience managing residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of financial project management.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- PMP designation is considered an asset.
- P.Eng. designation is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction systems, including plumbing and HVAC.
- Proficient in project controls, contract administration, cost control, and forecasting.
- Skilled in procurement strategies that increase efficiency, quality while reducing waste.
- Skilled in identifying and implementing risk management strategies.
- Strong ability to coordinate quality management between field and office teams to support consistent project execution
- Mentor and support project teams by fostering accountability, collaboration, and ownership.
- Build and maintain positive client, consultant, contractor, and supplier relationships.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while managing competing priorities.
- Lead the promotion of safe work practices, proactive risk management, and a positive safety culture.
