We're Hiring \| Project Manager – Construction Field
Abu Alnaga Contracting is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our building construction projects!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including site, technical, procurement, and planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Ensure all works comply with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards
- Oversee risk management, change orders, and contractual claims
- Ensure full HSE compliance across all project activities
- Review and approve progress reports, payment certificates, and project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in building construction project management (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification is highly preferred
