Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, Civil, located in Abu Dhabi.
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering and construction projects.
Key responsibilities
include managing budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and solving project-related challenges.
The Project Manager will also ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant engineering project execution experience in Oil & Gas & EPC construction.
- Professional qualification in Project Management e.g., PMP is preferred.
- Familiarity with offshore internal procedures, policies, and operational frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of offshore construction methodologies, project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
