Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, coordination, and site management.
• Hands-on management of site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Knowledge of construction materials, material submittals, approvals, and consultant coordination.
• Experience preparing material submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Experience handling client requirements and coordination; knowledge of documentation, progress reports, inspections, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making; able to manage multiple activities under pressure.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and interior projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor daily site progress against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients on material approvals, inspections, and project requirements.
• Review progress, identify delays or issues, and take corrective action.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, and site resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and required documentation.
• Maintain communication among clients, consultants, site teams, and management.
• Ensure timely completion and successful project handover.

Pay

• AED 5,000–10,000 per month.
