Project Manager – Civil / Interior Projects

Role overview

Requirements and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, coordination, and site management.
• Manage site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and schedules; understand construction materials, submittals, and approvals.
• Prepare and manage material submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients; handle project requirements, site issues, and day-to-day coordination.
• Knowledge of project documentation, progress reports, inspections, and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; able to handle multiple activities under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and interior projects from planning through completion; monitor daily progress against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate material approvals, inspections, and project requirements with consultants and clients.
• Review progress, identify delays or issues, and take corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, and site resources; ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation; maintain communication among clients, consultants, site teams, and management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and successfully handed over.

Pay

• AED 5,000–10,000 per month.

• Work is in person.
