Job Title
Project Manager – Cards & Payments, Core Banking
Project Manager
with experience in payments and gateway systems within the banking domain.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing payment projects, stakeholder coordination, and transformation activities specific to the banking industry.
This role involves managing project operations, facilitating communication, and driving small-sized programs efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies
- **PMP or Prince 2 or Agile Certification**
- is Mandatory
- **12 to 15 Years**
- of experience in
- payments and gateway project management
- within the banking domain.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in
- process analysis (advanced level).
- Intermediate skills in
- Business Intelligence tools and Business Process Management

- Experience in managing transformation activities and project communications effectively.
- Delivered
- transformation programs
- across Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, Trade Finance, Limit Management Systems, and Compliance.
- Oversaw regulatory initiatives aligned with
Kyc/Aml, Swift, Fatf
guidelines,
Pci-Dss,
- and internal risk frameworks.
- Manage small-sized programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
