Project Manager - Business Transformation

Role overview

Project delivery

• Manage projects from scoping and requirements gathering through planning, implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization.
• Translate strategic objectives into plans, deliverables, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical paths across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work with department heads, senior stakeholders, technology teams, and project teams.
• Manage vendors and third-party partners, including delivery, timing, dependencies, and commercial commitments.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, process changes, implementation, migration, and rollout where applicable.

Transformation and governance

• Lead process improvement, operating model, digital transformation, and technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, customer journeys, ways of working, and operational efficiency.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness.
• Monitor project financials and budgets; track benefits, KPIs, and outcomes against intended business value.
• Provide project updates, reporting, and escalations to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Experience and capabilities

• Strong experience delivering complex business, digital, technology-enabled transformation, or enterprise change projects.
• Experience managing projects across multiple business units, functional departments, and large stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of business process transformation, operational improvement, organizational change, and project delivery controls.
• Experience working across technology, digital, operations, and functional business teams, and managing vendors or consultants.
• Strong stakeholder management, including work with senior leaders and department heads.
• Good understanding of change management and business adoption; strong financial and commercial understanding of project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a large, matrixed organization with a technology-agnostic approach.
• Technology implementations, digital initiatives, process improvement, or system transformation experience is preferred.

Availability

• Candidates available immediately or with a maximum 30-day notice period after accepting an offer are preferred.
• Candidates must be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
