Airvoice is a tech-company that develops integrated software and hardware solutions for air
quality monitoring and management, both indoors and outdoors.
Our core product
ecosystem enables organizations to collect, model, map, and act on high-resolution air
quality data across buildings, industrial sites, and cities.
The main R&D team is based in Serbia.
In India we have a sales and project delivery office
for the Indian market.
In Dubai we are currently launching operations.
Last year we went
from zero to operational self-sustainability in India.
This year we are actively building a
partner network across Europe and expanding into the Middle East.
Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of all internal and external
operations: client projects, internal development initiatives, vendor management, finances,
documentation, legal coordination, and cross-team coordination across multiple countries.
This is not a role about tracking spreadsheets.
This is a role about taking chaos from 10
directions and turning it into a working machine within 3 months.
We need someone who is
ready for a startup environment, ready to work fast and hard, not afraid of business trips, and
not scared by the fact that many processes don’t exist yet, because building, automating,
and refining those processes is exactly the job.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English at a professional level for independent external communications
- High autonomy: able to operate with minimal supervision and make decisions independently
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a tech, IT, or hardware company
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with hardware supply chains or import/export logistics
- Prior experience in MENA region
