About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead workforce and operational delivery for AFC Cup 2027™ activities in Riyadh.
This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, venue management teams, workforce personnel, and tournament organizers while maintaining compliance with AFC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hosting services for AFC Cup 2027™ venues in Riyadh.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, operational milestones, and staffing requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, venue management, and internal departments.
- Manage recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, deployment, and accreditation processes.
- Conduct operational meetings, venue inspections, and readiness assessments.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely reporting of project progress, KPIs, workforce updates, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of project management experience within events, sports, hospitality, or workforce operations.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple teams and operational activities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- **Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.**
