About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee workforce operations and event delivery activities for AFC Cup 2027 in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, workforce readiness, accreditation compliance, and successful project execution throughout the tournament lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle for AFC Cup 2027 operations in Jeddah.
- Develop project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and operational deliverables.
- Coordinate with venue operators, tournament stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Lead workforce recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, deployment, and performance management.
- Oversee accreditation processes and ensure compliance with AFC requirements.
- Conduct venue inspections, operational reviews, and readiness assessments.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Produce regular reports, staffing updates, and operational performance summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3ā4 years of experience managing major events, workforce operations, or sports projects.
- Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in accreditation systems and multi-venue event operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
