Role overview

Lead end-to-end offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCIC projects from project award through handover.

Accountable for project profitability, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Project delivery and leadership

  • Establish project execution strategy, management plans, and governance.
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources.
  • Lead teams across engineering, procurement, construction, HUC, commissioning, marine operations, quality, and HSE.
  • Develop schedules and milestones; monitor KPIs and dashboards.
  • Mitigate schedule delays, risks, and issues through timely decisions and planning.
  • Manage changes, variation orders, claims, and contractual obligations.
  • Lead project reviews and management reporting; review forecasts, manpower, procurement, and construction progress.
  • Ensure offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and startup activities are executed successfully.
  • Drive closeout documentation, lessons learned, commercial closure, and asset handover.
  • Maintain relationships with client representatives and project stakeholders.

Role requirements

  • The role requires end-to-end offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCIC project leadership.
  • The role requires management of multidisciplinary teams and project controls across the project lifecycle.
  • The role requires contractual, client, company, and statutory compliance and oversight of offshore delivery activities.
