Position overview

Leads end-to-end Offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCIC projects from project award through handover.

Accountable for project objectives, profitability, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Project delivery and governance

  • Establish project execution strategy, project management plans, and governance framework.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, procurement, construction, HUC, commissioning, marine operations, quality, and HSE.

Monitoring and risk

  • Develop and monitor project execution schedules and milestone plans.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and project dashboards; lead project reviews and management reporting.
  • Drive timely decisions, risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.

Contract and offshore execution

  • Manage change processes, variation orders, claims, and contractual obligations.
  • Review forecasts, manpower plans, procurement status, and construction progress.
  • Ensure successful offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and startup.

Closeout and stakeholders

  • Drive documentation, lessons learned, commercial closure, and asset handover.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client representatives and key project stakeholders.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, client requirements, company standards, and statutory regulations.
