Project delivery
- Lead end-to-end offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCIC projects from award through engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, commissioning, startup, and handover.
- Establish project execution strategy, management plans, and governance; manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources.
- Own project profitability, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead teams across engineering, procurement, construction, HUC, commissioning, marine operations, quality, and HSE.
Controls and risk
- Develop and monitor execution schedules and milestones; track project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
- Make timely decisions to mitigate schedule delays and risks; drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Manage change processes, variation orders, claims, and contractual obligations.
- Lead project reviews and management reporting; review forecasts, manpower plans, procurement status, and construction progress.
Offshore execution and closeout
- Ensure successful offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Drive project closeout, documentation, lessons learned, commercial closure, and asset handover.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, client requirements, company standards, and statutory regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with client representatives and key project stakeholders.
Requirements
- The role's scope requires leading end-to-end offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCIC project execution.
- The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, HUC, commissioning, marine operations, quality, and HSE.
- The role requires accountability for project profitability, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.
