Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (software development, infrastructure, digital solutions)
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress
- Manage internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
