Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of medium to large-scale projects, driving them from conception through successful delivery whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- You will be instrumental in translating business objectives into actionable project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

- Take full responsibility for the definition, planning, facilitation and successful completion of medium to large-scale projects with direct business impact and firm deadlines
- Identify, assess and proactively manage risks to project success, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as necessary
- Develop and maintain realistic, comprehensive project plans, ensuring regular and transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Select and apply appropriate project management methodologies—whether predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches—based on project context and organisational requirements
- Conduct quality reviews on schedule and in accordance with established procedures, ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards
- Manage the change control procedure effectively, ensuring all project modifications are documented, approved and communicated
- Monitor and control project resources, revenue and capital costs against the approved budget, managing stakeholder expectations and providing accurate financial reporting
- Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment whilst taking appropriate action when team performance deviates from agreed tolerances
- Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to overcome obstacles and maintain project momentum
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and produce clear, insightful reports for senior management and key stakeholders
- Support smaller changes and enhancements as required, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelors degree in CS or related field
