About This Role
Overview
Manage the execution of assigned infrastructure projects from mobilization through completion and handover
Ensure project delivery in accordance with approved schedule, budget, quality standards, and contract requirements
Lead site teams and coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors
Review project scope, drawings, method statements, resource plans, and execution strategies
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays, risks, technical issues, and operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, authority regulations, contract conditions, and company procedures
Oversee project cost control, variation tracking, claims support, and commercial coordination with relevant teams
Conduct regular meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure optimized deployment of manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors across the project
Drive safe execution of works and ensure full compliance with HSE and quality standards
Prepare and review progress reports, recovery plans, forecasts, and management updates
Lead testing, commissioning, close-out documentation, and final handover activities.
Experience
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction / project management
Region UAE / GCC experience is preferred
Infrastructure Scope Solid experience in one or more: Roads, Bridges, Utilities, Rail, Landscape & Public Realm, General Infrastructure Works.
