Project Manager

Experience: 8 – 12 years

Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of individual software-development projects — _planning, execution, and handover — _within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Working closely with engineering, product, and client stakeholders, you will turn requirements into a clear delivery plan, manage day-to-day execution and risk, and keep everyone aligned from kick-off to go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run software-development projects end to end, defining scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps, and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering, product, design, and QA teams to deliver against agreed sprints and releases.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating and resolving blockers promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and decisions clearly.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor / contractor coordination.
  • Apply agile (Scrum / Kanban) and / or hybrid delivery methods, and partner with Scrum Masters and Product Owners on backlog and sprint goals.
  • Ensure quality, documentation, and acceptance criteria are met through to handover and post-go-live support.
  • Track and report delivery metrics (schedule, cost, scope, quality) to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8 – 12 years of project-management experience, with a strong track record delivering software-development projects.
  • Solid understanding of the full software-development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across concurrent workstreams.
  • Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification; agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) a plus.
  • Experience delivering AI / ML, data, or computer-vision software projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud and DevOps delivery environments (AWS, Azure, CI/CD).
  • Experience managing distributed or multi-vendor teams.
