Responsibilties
- Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform.
- Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices for SharePoint/SharePoint Online.
- Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft products and third-party applications.
- Design and develop SharePoint solutions using CSOM, REST APIs, JavaScript, and OData.
- Ensure developed solutions are optimized for mobile devices.
- Design, develop, and customize team sites, document libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
- Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint Online and Power Platform features and functionalities, including Power Apps and Power BI.
- Provide technical advice to team members and customers on SharePoint Online and Power Platform development best practices.
- Understand business requirements and develop appropriate data models and reporting solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, data dictionaries, and user guides.
- Develop, maintain, and administer applications and analytics solutions using Power BI and other Microsoft technologies.
- Manage user permissions and security within SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using IIS, XML, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, C#, VB.NET, and Content Management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online/2016 and Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint workflows.
- Proficiency in SharePoint development technologies including CSOM, REST APIs, JavaScript, and OData.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of C# and/or VB.NET development.
- Strong understanding of security, permissions, and governance within SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
