Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants to provide technical and functional consultancy, implementation support, training, and production support services across one or more SAP modules.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, support end users, and ensure successful delivery of SAP initiatives.
  • Candidates may specialize in one or more of the following SAP areas:
  • SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) – Talent Management, Performance Management System, e-Recruitment, Personnel Cost Planning, SuccessFactors, Nakisa.
  • SAP Business Intelligence (BI) – Data Warehousing and Reporting using Business Objects.
  • SAP Ariba – Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Plan Driven Procurement, Service Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Self Service.
  • SAP Ariba Network.
  • SAP Materials Management (MM) / Warehouse Management (WM) – Warehouse Management and Materials Planning.
  • SAP Environment, Health and Safety Management (EHSM) – Incident Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Waste Management, Management of Change, Environmental Compliance, and Sustainability Reporting.
  • SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).
  • SAP Project Systems (PS).
  • SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) – Risk Controls and MSMP Workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and/or functional consultancy in one or more SAP modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and support SAP applications in accordance with business needs and best practices.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and migration activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and other enterprise applications.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and governance policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, or support.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module listed above.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects and/or application support engagements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration concepts.
  • Experience in preparing functional specifications, technical documentation, and training materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification in the relevant module(s).
  • Experience working in large enterprise or oil & gas environments.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies and SAP best practices.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
