Qualifications and requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Valid Engineering Card/Registration from Sharjah Municipality, or Dubai Municipality Unlimited Floors classification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Strong building construction and project execution experience.
- Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, budgets, and timelines.
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Pay
- AED 18,000–20,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Sharjah, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage building construction project execution.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure project work aligns with UAE construction regulations and standards.
