- At least 10 years of UAE construction or project-management experience.
- Contracting-company experience is mandatory.
- Dubai Municipality Unlimited is required.
- Strong leadership, planning, and project-management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and UAE regulations.
- Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, budgets, and project timelines.

Pay
- AED 18,000–20,000 per month.
