Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and websites using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable, responsive UI components using React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Material UI.
• Create and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Design and optimize MongoDB collections, queries, and performance.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS as per project needs.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate via code reviews and branching strategies.
• Debug, test, and optimize performance across browsers and devices.
• Follow secure coding practices and ensure application stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to translate designs into production-ready features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the MERN stack: React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
• Solid experience with modern UI development using Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Material UI, or similar UI libraries.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS for deployment, hosting, storage, and CDN.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to performance and clean code.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Testing tools: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay

• AED 4,000.00 - AED 5,500.00 per month.
