Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in villa master plan developments within a real estate developer environment.
The role manages large-scale residential developments and coordinates multidisciplinary teams to meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and development objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead villa master plan developments from planning and design through construction and handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall execution.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven Project Manager experience within a real estate developer or property development company.
- Direct experience in villa master plan developments is required.
- Strong knowledge of residential development, construction processes, project controls, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE development experience is highly preferred.
