Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to support enterprise project governance and ensure the successful delivery of strategic business and IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and maintaining Project Management Office (PMO) standards, governance framew

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain PMO governance frameworks, project methodologies, policies, and standards.
  • Establish project management best practices, templates, and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance and compliance standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement across project management processes.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, executive dashboards, KPI reports, portfolio reports, steering committee reports.
  • Provide accurate project performance updates to senior management.
  • Prepare presentations for executive leadership and steering committees.
  • Present project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, business units, and senior management.
  • Support governance meetings and project review sessions.
  • Ensure projects comply with PMO standards, governance frameworks, and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or Related Discipline.
  • Preferred Education: Master's Degree or MBA.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Project Governance, or Project Controls.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT or business transformation programs.
  • Experience managing project portfolios and executive reporting.
  • Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMO Certified Professional, PMI ACP, ITIL Foundation, Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

  • Executive Dashboards, Steering Committee Reporting, KPI Reporting, Portfolio Reporting, Risk Reporting, Budget Tracking, Schedule Tracking.
  • Risk Management, Issue Management, Dependency Management, Change Management, Resource Planning, Stakeholder Management.
  • Project Documentation, Templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Governance Documents.
  • Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI (Preferred).
