Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant / Developer to support, maintain, enhance, and implement Oracle E Business Suite HRMS solutions.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in HR and Payroll processes, along with technical proficiency in Oracle HRMS customizations, integrations, reporting, workflows, and production support.

Key Responsibilities Functional

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders.
  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, iRecruitment.
  • Conduct fit gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
  • Provide end user training and post go live support.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities Technical

  • Develop and maintain Oracle HRMS customizations and extensions.
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, SQL/PL SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Fast Formula.
  • Develop integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services, XML Publisher.
  • Perform data migration and conversion activities.
  • Develop custom dashboards, analytics, and reports.
  • Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
  • Ensure system security, performance, and data integrity.

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle HRMS applications.
  • Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support and third party vendors.
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with security and organizational policies.
