- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules
- Conduct fit gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments
- Provide end user training and post go live support
- Develop and maintain Oracle HRMS customizations and extensions
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, SQL/PL SQL packages, Fast Formula
- Develop integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services, XML Publisher
- Perform data migration and conversion activities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle HRMS applications
- Maintain technical and functional documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong functional expertise in HR and Payroll processes
- Technical proficiency in Oracle HRMS customizations, integrations, reporting, workflows, and production support
- Experience with Oracle E Business Suite HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, iRecruitment
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher, APIs, Open Interfaces, XML Publisher, Fast Formula

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant / Developer to support, maintain, enhance, and implement Oracle E Business Suite HRMS solutions.
- The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in HR and Payroll processes, along with technical proficiency in Oracle HRMS customizations, integrations, reporting, workflows, and production support.
Key Responsibilities Functional
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, iRecruitment.
- Conduct fit gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Provide end user training and post go live support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities Technical
- Develop and maintain Oracle HRMS customizations and extensions.
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, SQL/PL SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Fast Formula.
- Develop integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services, XML Publisher.
- Perform data migration and conversion activities.
- Develop custom dashboards, analytics, and reports.
- Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
- Ensure system security, performance, and data integrity.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle HRMS applications.
- Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support and third party vendors.
- Maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security and organizational policies.
