Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the execution of interior fit-out works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings prior to construction.
- Coordinate architectural, MEP, and fire protection works to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved project schedule.
- Prepare and follow up on weekly and daily work plans.
- Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical queries.
- Review and monitor material submittals, shop drawings, and material samples to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure all fit-out works comply with contract documents, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor their performance, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Identify potential project risks and propose practical technical solutions.
- Monitor variations and change orders, assessing their impact on project cost and schedule.
- Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in project cost control by monitoring resource utilization and minimizing material wastage.
- Participate in inspections, snagging, punch list preparation, and final project handover.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and HSE regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- in
Interior Fit-Out
- or turnkey construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in
Autocad
and
Microsoft Office
; knowledge of
Primavera P6
or
Microsoft Project
- is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
