Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and project budgets for survey-related engineering work.
- Assist with technical and commercial proposals; liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on pre-qualification, tendering, and project development.
- Lead site assessments and evaluations for survey deployment readiness.
- Supervise survey equipment deployment and operation, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Manage client acquisition, develop relationships, and represent the company in meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate with technical teams so estimates reflect practical execution requirements.
- Support spatial data analysis, planning, and resource estimation for LiDAR, GPR, and 3D scanning projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality; stay current on survey technologies, methods, and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Civil Engineering is preferred.
- 6–7 years of project engineering experience; surveying or geospatial experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated cost estimation and budgeting experience, with a strong background in surveying equipment and technologies.
- Experience with pre-qualification and dealing with clients and consultants; proven client acquisition and business development ability.
- Hands-on knowledge of 3D laser scanning, LiDAR, GPR, spatial analysis, and topographic surveys.
- Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related standard industrial tools or software.
