Operations Manager – UAE & India Operations

Role overview

Operations leadership

• Oversee operations across UAE and India offices and sites, maintaining consistent service delivery, quality, and reporting.
• Coordinate teams, processes, and standards across both regions as the single point of accountability.

Quality, HSE, and compliance

• Implement and maintain integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Lead external certification and customer audits and manage internal audits across both regions.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and NDE-related quality processes where applicable.
• Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective action reporting.

Clients and improvement

• Serve as senior technical and commercial contact for key clients and contribute to sales, proposals, and client growth.
• Digitize operations and quality documentation using centralized portals and mobile tools for field teams.
• Lead Lean improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, VSM, and QCC.
• Design and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational monitoring systems.

Requirements

• 15–25+ years of progressive operations, quality, or QHSE leadership experience.
• Multi-country or multi-region operations experience; UAE and India or GCC and South Asia experience is preferred.
• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 is strongly preferred.
• NDE/NDT background, such as ASNT Level II/III, CSWIP, or equivalent, is a strong plus.
• Client-facing and business development capability; strong documentation, reporting, and digital systems mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-cultural, cross-border teams.
• UAE or international driving license is mandatory; ERP/SAP familiarity is a plus.
