Role overview

Operations leadership

• Oversee operations across offices and sites in the UAE and India, maintaining consistent service delivery, quality, and reporting.
• Coordinate teams, processes, and standards across both regions.

Quality, HSE, and compliance

• Implement and maintain integrated systems aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
• Lead external certification and customer audits and manage internal audit programs.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and NDE-related quality processes where applicable.
• Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective action reporting.

Client, digital, and improvement duties

• Act as senior technical and commercial contact for key clients and contribute to sales, proposals, and client growth.
• Digitize quality and operations documentation, including centralized portals and mobile tools for field teams.
• Lead Lean improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, VSM, and QCC.
• Maintain operational monitoring systems with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking.

Candidate requirements

• 15–25+ years of progressive operations, quality, or QHSE leadership experience; survey, inspection, valve, oil and gas, or industrial services experience is ideal.
• Experience managing operations across multiple countries or regions; UAE and India or GCC and South Asia experience is ideal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related, is required.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural, cross-border team leadership skills.
• A UAE or international driving license is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications

• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 is strongly preferred.
• NDE/NDT background, including ASNT Level II/III, CSWIP, or equivalent, is a strong plus.
• ERP/SAP familiarity is a plus.
