Role Overview
Well Certified Scaffolding LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for scaffolding projects in the UAE.
The role coordinates and executes scaffolding projects safely, efficiently, within the approved schedule, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily scaffolding activities at project sites.
- Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling works.
- Prepare material requirements, manpower plans, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and site teams.
- Review drawings, site measurements, and technical requirements.
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, inspection requests, and progress reports.
- Monitor productivity, material usage, and project costs.
- Verify completed quantities for billing and variation claims.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and UAE HSE regulations.
- Support timely project completion and proper site handover.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in scaffolding or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and site-execution procedures.
- Ability to prepare quantity calculations, material estimates, and technical reports.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- UAE project experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
- Immediate availability is an added advantage.
