Coordinate and execute scaffolding projects safely, efficiently, and within approved schedules.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily scaffolding activities at project sites; supervise erection, modification, and dismantling works.
- Prepare material requirements, manpower plans, and work schedules; coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Review drawings, site measurements, and technical requirements; prepare method statements, risk assessments, inspection requests, and progress reports.
- Monitor productivity, material usage, and project costs; verify completed quantities for billing and variation claims.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and UAE HSE regulations; support project completion and site handover.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant scaffolding or construction project experience.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and site-execution procedures.
- Ability to prepare quantity calculations, material estimates, and technical reports.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage; UAE project experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
- Immediate availability is an added advantage.
