Seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Civil / Fit-Out for high-end residential, luxury villa, fit-out, renovation, and civil projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant UAE experience.
- Strong interior fit-out, renovation, and civil works experience; proven high-end residential and luxury villa project experience.
- Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Islands, and Al Barari project experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, approvals, permits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of site execution, drawings, materials, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project planning.
- Able to independently manage projects from site mobilization through completion and handover.
- Strong client relationship management, communication, negotiation, leadership, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage client expectations, concerns, variations, and multiple priorities under pressure while delivering high-quality work.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory; immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Role expectations
- Manage projects from site mobilization through completion and handover.
- Coordinate site execution, drawings, materials, subcontractors, quality control, and project planning.
- Professionally manage client expectations, concerns, variations, and project requirements.
