Role overview

Project leadership and delivery

• Lead construction supervision delivery and direct multidisciplinary project teams.
• Establish project governance, reporting, communications, and performance management frameworks.
• Deliver against contracts, budgets, schedules, and client expectations; track milestones and take corrective action.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, operational, and schedule risks and drive continuous improvement.

Clients and construction supervision

• Serve as primary contact for clients, developers, contractors, utilities, government authorities, and stakeholders; lead executive reviews and stakeholder sessions.
• Advise on progress, risks, opportunities, and commercial matters and maintain client satisfaction.
• Direct construction supervision and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee contractor performance, resources, construction methods, recovery plans, and coordination across disciplines.
• Resolve major design, construction, interface, and delivery challenges and maintain quality assurance and control procedures.

Data centre infrastructure

• Oversee hyperscale campuses, including data halls, administration buildings, substations, utility plants, generator facilities, ICT infrastructure, utility networks, and support facilities.
• Oversee HV/MV/LV systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, diesel generators, UPS, batteries, chilled water, cooling, HVAC, CRAH/CRAC, fuel systems, and fire protection.
• Oversee BMS and EPMS platforms, structured cabling, ICT networks, security, and ELV systems.
• Ensure Tier III and Tier IV reliability, availability, redundancy, resilience, and performance requirements.

Commercial and contract management

• Oversee administration of contracts in accordance with FIDIC and project-specific requirements.

Experience and role requirements

• Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary supervision teams and large-scale data centre projects through construction, testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover.
• Experience overseeing Tier III and Tier IV hyperscale data centre construction.
• Ability to deliver within contract requirements, approved budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and client expectations.
• Experience coordinating civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, ICT, commissioning, quality, and HSE functions.
• Experience administering FIDIC and project-specific contracts.
