Project leadership and delivery

• Lead delivery from pre-construction through handover and close-out.
• Supervise integrated project teams across project management, design, commercial, planning, construction, and technical functions.
• Establish governance, reporting, and assurance processes and drive performance against programme, cost, quality, risk, and sustainability objectives.
• Manage recovery and mitigation strategies, monitor progress and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee construction across workstreams and packages and ensure safe, efficient, contract-compliant execution.

Client and commercial leadership

• Act as principal contact for senior client stakeholders and provide strategic advice for decisions.
• Build relationships with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Lead commercial strategy, contract administration, and change management; review financial performance and budget delivery.
• Direct, mentor, and develop project teams and promote collaboration and Mace values.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering major building and infrastructure developments and complex mixed-use or large-scale urban projects.
• Senior PMC, client-side, or programme management leadership experience.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Abu Dhabi experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of governance, contract administration, programme controls, and construction delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of FIDIC contract environments.
• MRICS, MCIOB, PMP, or equivalent professional membership is preferred.
