Position Overview
The **Project Coordinator** supports restaurant operations and projects by managing schedules, documentation, and communication across departments.
This role ensures smooth execution of initiatives such as new outlet openings, menu launches, staff training programs, and compliance projects, while acting as a bridge between management, suppliers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- **Operational Project Management**
- Coordinate restaurant projects (renovations, new branch openings, seasonal promotions).
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- **Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare project reports, budgets, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, licenses, and operational checklists.
- **Communication & Coordination**
- Liaise between restaurant management, kitchen staff, suppliers, and external contractors.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes.
- **Resource & Logistics Support**
- Assist in procurement planning and vendor coordination.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery of supplies for projects.
- **Compliance & Standards**
- Ensure projects align with food safety, health regulations, and brand standards.
- Support audits and inspections by preparing required documentation.
Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2–4 years in project coordination, preferably within F&B or hospitality.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and restaurant POS systems.
- **License Requirement**: **Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory** for mobility between outlets, suppliers, and project sites.
