Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and labor laws.
This role requires hands-on experience in handling HR functions within restaurants, cafes, or hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for F&B staff across multiple outlets.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinate training programs tailored to F&B service standards and compliance.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to Qatar labor law and hospitality regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and updates for senior management.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality sector.**
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and labor law compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
