Recruitment coordination

• Draft and refine job descriptions with department heads and hiring managers for FTC project needs.
• Coordinate multi-stage interview panels, calendars, candidate communications, and structured feedback collection.
• Distribute and track candidate testing links and technical assessments and collate results for technical leads.
• Coordinate agency partners, provide candidate briefs, screen profiles, and build qualified shortlists.

Approvals and reporting

• Draft, submit, and track Statements of Work through finance, commercial, and legal approval channels.
• Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, pipeline reports, and vendor tracking logs for executive review.

What the employer is looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, or PMO resourcing support experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Outlook or Teams scheduling tools, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets tracking.
• Practical familiarity with FTC hiring processes, Statement of Work approval cycles, and vendor coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Advantageous experience

• Bank or financial institution recruitment operations or talent management experience in the UAE/GCC is an advantage.
• Technology consultancy or professional services experience managing embedded client resourcing is an advantage.
