The role supports enterprise transformations across the GCC.

The Opportunity

The PMO Analyst will join the Delivery Operations squad and work alongside Project Managers, Engagement Directors, and technical leads.

The role owns project controls, drives portfolio governance, analyzes delivery health, and produces executive-level reporting.

The position supports PMO standards across enterprise AI and data projects.

Responsibilities

  • Track project baselines, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and RAID logs across multi-stream delivery engagements.
  • Design, automate, and distribute PMO dashboards, status reports, and portfolio KPIs for executive leadership and steering committees.
  • Evaluate project trends, identify schedule variances, detect budget deviations, and provide early-warning insights.
  • Support project stage-gate reviews and ensure compliance with delivery frameworks.
  • Maintain audit-ready project documentation.
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to improve PMO templates, reporting workflows, and project management practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a PMO, project controls, project coordination, or reporting analyst role within a structured project environment.
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience using PPM and reporting platforms such as Power BI, MS Project, or Jira.
  • Ability to consolidate complex data streams across multiple projects into clear, actionable portfolio visibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage constructively with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO-CP certification.
  • Experience building interactive Power BI or Tableau dashboards for portfolio reporting.
  • Experience in a professional services or management consultancy environment.
