The Role
- We are seeking an experienced candidate to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Controls department.
- The role involves managing project data, maintaining SharePoint and Oracle systems, consolidating information for management reporting, and assisting with governance, presentations, and ad hoc reports.
- You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Administer the Enterprise Projects Structure, and ensure timely availability of any related information for all stakeholder
- Support Reporting and Risk team in tools administration, data collection, cleanup and consolidation
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support for the team.
- Administer project control’s team SharePoint workspace
- Coordinate with different departments in order to provide smooth working environment.
- Support in preparation of regular and adhoc reports and presentations
- Handle Projects governance related support and administration.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentations
- Other departmental administration support on ad-hoc basis.
- Support/ administer various data collection & consolidation for management reporting
Requirements
- Bachelors / Master Degree and minimum 8 yrs of Administration experience
- Well versed in MS Office Packages, Oracle, and Sharepoint
- Prior experience with power bi / visualization software is a plus
- UAE experience.
- Good client-facing and communication skills
- Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
- A “rounded profile”, comfortable with working with diverse team members.
- Arabic speaking preferred.
