Role Overview
Project Coordinator specializing in glass and metal fabrication and installation.
Coordinates projects from drawing reviews through final handover, supporting communication, resource planning, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural/shop drawings and understand project scopes of work.
- Create overall job schedules and manage labor deployment to keep site work on track.
- Prepare technical material submittals and secure formal approvals from clients and consultants.
- Maintain project documents and act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare final closeout reports and secure client signatures on final handover/takeover certificates.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience specifically in glass and aluminium/metal fabrication and installation projects.
- Ability to independently interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications for glass and metal projects.
- Hands-on experience preparing material submittals and obtaining client/consultant approvals.
- Experience with project closeout documentation, signed handover certificates, and end-to-end project coordination.
Pay
- AED 3,500–6,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
