Manage day-to-day inventory and material control, including receiving, issuing, transferring, recording, and reconciling materials to ensure accurate stock levels and proper store management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily material receiving, inspection, and recording; maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Issue materials to projects, sites, departments, and authorized personnel; record and monitor transfers between stores and sites.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconciliation; investigate and report discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight replenishment needs; document all material movements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Stores, and Accounts on material needs and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization; prepare inventory and stock movement reports and support periodic stock audits.
- Maintain control of damaged, obsolete, or returned materials and keep inventory records up to date.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory, store, or material control.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Construction, fit-out, joinery, manufacturing, or similar industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of stock receiving, issuing, transfers, and reconciliation.
- Good Excel and inventory-recording skills; strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage day-to-day stock movements.
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
