Compensation

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower coordination.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and attendance management.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR documentation.
- Strong Excel, communication, and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners within 15 days are preferred; elsewhere the posting says candidates must be available to join within 2 days.
