The Telecom Project Coordinator supports telecom and IoT projects through project coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, and business development support.
The role calls for organization, multitasking, and communication to support timely project delivery.
Project coordination
- Manage and monitor telecom and engineering projects from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with standards.
Documentation and reporting
- Prepare, compile, and submit pre-qualification documents, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Maintain project records, including contracts, technical documentation, and progress reports.
- Track project bonds, insurance, and other compliance requirements.
- Provide the Director with regular updates and reports on project and business development activities.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support effective communication.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant telecom or engineering project coordination experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management, documentation, and tender processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
