Role Overview
VM General Contracting LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its team in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports project coordination, documentation, communication, materials, schedules, and site-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, correspondence, reports, records, trackers, and status reports.
- Assist with monitoring project progress, schedules, deliverables, submissions, and approvals.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site-related activities.
- Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors on pending materials and works.
- Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely stakeholder communication.
- Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as required.
Candidate Profile
- The posting seeks a motivated and organized Project Coordinator.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,172.74 to AED 7,996.55 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Abu Dhabi.
