VM General Contracting LLC is hiring an experienced Gypsum Carpenter for its interior fit-out team in Abu Dhabi.
The work covers commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Install gypsum board partitions, ceilings, and other drywall systems.
- Measure, mark, and install metal framing, studs, tracks, and supporting structures.
- Cut and fix gypsum boards to project dimensions and specifications.
- Install suspended gypsum ceilings and ceiling features.
- Coordinate with electricians and other MEP workers on service openings and access panels.
- Perform jointing, taping, filling, and surface preparation.
- Ensure installed systems are properly aligned, level, and finished.
- Follow approved drawings, project specifications, and site safety requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in gypsum carpentry or interior fit-out work.
- Knowledge of gypsum board systems, metal framing, and ceiling installation.
- Ability to read measurements and follow installation drawings.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used for drywall installation.
- Good finishing skills and attention to detail.
- UAE fit-out experience is preferred.
Availability
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Work is in person.
