Role overview

Project planning and site delivery

• Prepare cost estimates, financial budgets, and work timelines before construction begins.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project strategy and design; report progress and budget matters to the client.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, track progress, and respond to delays or emergencies.
• Prepare and negotiate schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and contracts.

People, materials, and compliance

• Hire, instruct, assign, and supervise subcontractors, trade workers, labourers, and staff.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, specialists, and local government officials.
• Coordinate permits and licences; comply with legal requirements, safety rules, and building codes.
• Enforce safety procedures, minimize risk, and ensure protective clothing and safety equipment are used.
• Order equipment and materials, manage their use, and manage involved personnel.
• Keep daily logs and diaries.

Pay

• AED 8,000–20,000 per month.

Work location

• In-person work.
