Role duties
- Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings and contract conditions to understand the full project scope.
- Measure quantities for concrete, steel, earthwork, and finishes from project plans.
- Prepare detailed BOQ documents in line with standard methods of measurement.
- Calculate unit rates from material, labor, plant, and equipment expenses.
- Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for competitive pricing.
- Compile final financial bids with overheads, profit margins, and risk contingencies for client submission.
- Suggest alternative materials or construction methods to reduce costs without lowering quality.
Pay
- Pay range is AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
