Project Co-ordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities among developers, QA engineers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Track schedules, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines; follow up on task completion.
• Maintain documentation, meeting minutes, task trackers, and progress reports.
• Organize meetings, communicate action items, monitor progress, and escalate delays, blockers, and risks.
• Coordinate testing, bug tracking, and production deployments; connect technical teams with business stakeholders.
• Assist with resource planning and workload tracking; prepare management status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project coordination experience; software development or IT project experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• English proficiency is stated as required in the requirements; a later language listing marks English preferred. Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE-based candidates with relevant experience are preferred.

Contract and compensation

• Fixed-term contract for 6 months; start date as soon as possible.
• Compensation is based on experience and suitability; no pay cadence or amount is specified.

Work arrangement

• Client-side, on-site work in Abu Dhabi, UAE; work location is in person.
