Role overview

Organization

Project delivery and service onboarding

• Lead onboarding projects for new services, capabilities, and data domains in the Data Shared Service Centre.
• Create project plans and manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate business, operational, and technology teams; monitor delivery and transition services into operations.

Change and stakeholder coordination

• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness for new services.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and change discussions; support training and adoption.
• Ensure services are understood, accepted, and embedded in daily work.
• Coordinate decisions, priorities, dependencies, and risks across workstreams, and provide clear status updates.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and teams, and technical teams.

Continuous improvement and accountabilities

• Develop operating procedures, service documentation, KPIs, and onboarding standards; improve onboarding efficiency and service quality.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the maturity of the Data Shared Service Centre.
• Accountable for successful service onboarding, stakeholder adoption, delivery within agreed scope, time, quality, and budget, and effective change communication.
• Support consistent, transparent, governed, and efficient service delivery aligned with business objectives and Damen's Data & AI transformation.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Change, Information Management, Data Management, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Four to seven years of experience in project management, project coordination, change management, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream projects in IT, Shared Services, Digital Transformation, Data, or Business Operations.
• Experience driving adoption of new processes, systems, or services.

Methods and domain knowledge

• Understanding of project management approaches such as PMP, Agile, Prince2, Scrum, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of change management approaches such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methods.
• Knowledge of stakeholder engagement, service onboarding, organizational adoption, and Shared Services operating models.
• Data Governance and Master Data Management knowledge is an advantage, not essential.

Technical and interpersonal skills

• Project management, change management, stakeholder management, and risk and dependency management.
• Service onboarding and transition, process design and improvement, and reporting and dashboarding.
• Exposure to SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, IFS, or similar enterprise platforms; Microsoft 365.
• Strong stakeholder influence, facilitation, workshop leadership, communication, presentation, analysis, problem-solving, organization, and planning.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
