Job Summary
CFTE is supporting leading institutions including sovereign wealth funds, central banks, and major banks across the Gulf to build AI-ready workforces, and the demand for what we do is growing fast.
We are searching for an exceptional profile to join our Abu Dhabi office.
As one of our early hires in the region you will be pivotal to facilitating CFTE's expansion and work across programme design, delivery and growth.
The person in this role will own the delivery of those programmes, work directly with senior institutional stakeholders, and help shape what AI capability building looks like at organisational scale.
What you'll do
- Design and tailor AI capability programmes to meet the specific needs of institutional clients, from organisation-wide foundations to specialist workshops for strategy, finance, risk, and technical teams
- Oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of CFTE's programmes at scale and to exceptional standard
- Work to support the development of CFTE's AI products, contributing to their design, testing, and refinement based on client needs and delivery experience
- Act as the primary client contact managing relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations
- Support proposal development for new client engagements, contributing to scoping, content design, and delivery planning across the region

- A strong understanding of artificial intelligence, including its tools, capabilities, and real-world applications in financial services, with the ability to speak credibly with practitioners and translate knowledge into engaging learning experiences
- The ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and learn quickly
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, attitude with the hunger to grow
- Previous experience in fast-paced environments, startups, banking, management consulting, or venture capital
- Exceptional communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong competencies using digital tools
